Jarvis Personal is a personal software project written and operated by David Lee as an individual. It is not a commercial product and not a service offered to the public. It has one user: its author.
The application is authorized for use by its author's own Google Account only. There is no registration and no mechanism by which another person can be granted access.
The application may be used only to index and search the account owner's own correspondence. It must not be used to access any mailbox the operator does not own.
Handling of Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
The application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any damages arising from use of the application, including loss of data.
Access may be revoked by the account owner at any time via Google Account permissions. The author may discontinue the application at any time.
These terms may be revised; the current version is always the one posted on this page.
